Dance Elite is committed to encouraging all dancers to strive for excellence while having fun and building friendships along the way.

We believe each dancer has the ability to develop his/her physical and mental well-being through our dance program. Our goal is to provide quality dance instruction through caring, professional instructors in a friendly, family-oriented atmosphere.

Dance Elite promotes strong self-confidence, self-respect, discipline, and personal growth through the fine arts of dance. We inspire every dancer to find the creativity inside himself/herself throughout the dance year. Our dancers’ talent is showcased at the conclusion of our year in our annual recital.

Kaila Joiner

Studio Director and Owner
Kaila has been dancing since she was 4 years old. Dance Elite is her passion and favorite place to be! She has been teaching dance to all ages since she was 16. Kaila has coached our Dance Companies for more than 10 years, showcasing their talents in Disney World, The Boston Celtics, Boston College, The Brockton Rox and many local parades and town celebrations. When Kaila isn't at the studio she can be found working in a public preschool program and spending time on the beach with her husband Jon and baby kitten Remi!
Danielle Peterson

Instructor
Danielle has been dancing since she was 3 years old. On top of being a dance teacher Danielle also teaches fitness classes and works at a preschool during the day. Her favorite styles to teach are hip hop and tap! When Danielle isn’t teaching, she’s either cooking or relaxing and hanging with her family and friends!
Liana DePillo

Instructor
Liana has been dancing since she was 5 years old. She’s a graphic designer by day and a dance teacher by night. Her favorite styles of dance to teach are contemporary and tap. She loves being able to assist alongside the dancers that taught her– Jill & Kaila! When she’s not dancing, Liana is watching movies or cooking a new recipe.
